By accessing SyncLeak, purchasing a plan, or using our search tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Digital Goods & Payments

All purchases are for digital access keys and search credits. Because access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final and non-refundable once the license key has been activated on your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SyncLeak for illegal activities, harassment, stalking, or any purpose that violates local or international law. We reserve the right to suspend any account that we deem to be abusive or illegal without refund.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We limit accounts to a maximum number of devices to prevent credential sharing. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend the account.

5. Limitation of Liability

SyncLeak is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the absolute accuracy of third-party data. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our platform.
